Spot Names Refund Policy

At Spot Names, we understand the importance of choosing a suitable domain name for your project. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase subject to the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Terms & Conditions

  1. You agree to pay an administration fee to cover the cost of a new Change of Registrant (“Cor”) for the domain name. The fee is set at $50 AUD which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  2. You agree that if the Change of Registrant transaction is not completed, and the domain license remains under Spot Names management, that we will cancel the Change of Registrant process and issue a full refund.
