The Australian Government are seeking feedback on the Terms of Endorsement for the .au Domain Administration (auDA), which outline the Australian Government’s expectations of auDA in its management of the .au domain.
Surprisingly there is no mention of this on the auDA website given that one of it’s core functions is to support fair and transparent multi-stakeholder engagement.
The previous Government Review of auDA’s Terms of Endorsement was done in 2021, and, since then, there have been number of changes in the auDA ecosystem.
The current review opened on the 22nd January and closes on the 19th February 2025. You can find more details on the Departure of Infrastructure website here.
While the Review is seeking feedback on the suitability of the Terms of Endorsement, the public has the opportunity to provide additional comments on how these terms are interpreted and enacted upon by auDA.
The next Review will probably be in 2028 so don’t miss out on an opportunity to have your say.
